Graphics Student of The Year 2010.

And the award goes to….

Me 🙂 The award even has my name on it! The first of many…. a girl can dream! Haha

What an evening! There was a posh ceremony with tables of students, tutors and friends and family. Balloons, lights and wines on the tables. A mini buffet with mini cornish pasties, sausages on sticks, spring rolls…. and mini cottage pies!? Haha! It was a good experience… the worst part was going up on stage in 5 inch heels… but I looked nice so that was the main thing 🙂

Thankyou to my tutor, Mr Lestaret, for the nomination… I really appreciate it and am very proud to have been chosen out of a class where any student deserved it really!

I have been very busy recently doing my FMP (Final Major Proejct) so I haven’t been keeping up the usual blogging but tommorow is the exhibition so I am going to take lots of pictures and then do a post to show my FMP and explain it all! 🙂

If you are coming tommorow night then I look forward to seeing you between 7.30 and 9.30pm… if not then get your bum down in the week 🙂 We have worked VERY hard on all of the work and the exhibition space so it would be nice for people to visit!

    I hope it was a Dewhurst’s trophy – there’s nothing quite like a Dewhurst’s trophy…

Yes! It is indeed a Dewhurst’s Trophy… It hasn’t fallen to pieces yet so I think that’s a good sign?
