Caught on camera

So the other week I mentioned that I’d been filming bits and bobs during my visit to London, and that I was planning to edit it to make a video of my adventure. Well, I braved Premiere Pro again (we are actually quite good friends now) and voila:

What do you think? And before you say it – I’m no expert when it comes to film, but for me there are somethings that can only be truly shown through moving image. I really enjoy filming and would love to experiment with it a bit more in the future. Last year I made this video of me being a tourist and as part of my role as Press & Comms manager for Show Thirteen, I made a video every week in the run up to our show – check them out here.

Did you enjoy seeing what I got up to in London (which you can also read about here)? If so, don’t forget to give it a little ‘Like’ πŸ™‚Β Thanks to my friends Soofiya, Lucy and Steph for letting me film them. Most of the time poor Lucy would turn around and I had my camera stuck in her face (which I know she didn’t really appreciate) – I think she wanted to kill me! Also, who noticed my amazing skills of filming and going through the Underground ticket barriers smoothly at the same time? Multitasking at it’s height! I think the video deserves a thumbs up on youtube for that if nothing else…

You CAN just pop down to London – spontaneous trips are always the best! The tube is fine once you get used to it – practice makes perfect ha Ooooh talk-vlog next time? I’d love to but I don’t know if I’m ready to look like a crazy lady talking to my camera yet, but one day! xx
