Happy Triangle Friday! For me, today doesn’t feel like a Friday (what does a Friday ‘feel’ like anyway?), but looking at this cover for Novum magazine definitely got me in the Tri Fri mood: Novum is a German Graphic Design magazine which began as ‘Gebrauchsgrafik’ (German for advertising art) back in 1924. As far as I know, it’s not available to buy single issues in the UK (but you can subscribe) which is a shame....

With it being Valentine’s day yesterday and all, I thought it was about time to post about Marian’s work seeing as I’ve had this drafted since before christmas(which is quite weird considering the subject)! Whether you are loved up or anti-valentines, theres no denying that these laser cut, used Christmas cards from 2010 are beautiful! Marian asked her friends to send her used christmas cards and 500 cards later…. … she had a lot of hearts!...
