As I transition from an all black clothing wearer into a walking talking rainbow, I’m constantly on the look out for the most exciting, quirky and colourful pieces. The aim? An outfit that’s just screaming to be photographed in front of a cool wall on an Instagram adventure. A Pantone perfect outfit… Sugar rush OH HI THERE Oasis x Pantone Colour Institute range. Can I hear you say Parma Violet vibes? But seriously, how sugary...

Ok, so I’m a bit slow on this (sorrrry – Happy New Year and all that jazz) but if you’re subscribed to my Youtube channel you might remember that back in December I was lucky enough to attend the reveal of the Pantone Colour of the year for 2017 – watch the vlog here. It’s safe to say that I was PRETTY excited – like, just a little bit. So, what happened? Well, the internet had predicted...

At the start of December Pantone announced the new ‘colour of the year’… which actually turned out to be two colours. Personally I think choosing two colours is kinda defeating the object of the game/ breaking the rules!? …but nevermind because they do look nice together. I’m a bit behind, (better late than never) but the other week I popped into St Brides Library with Soofiya and Sara to see Emily Martin’s Pantone Postcard Project. (I think it’s finished now, but wanted to share it with you guys anyway!) The 100 postcards, mainly contributed from creatives in the USA, were displayed in colour order creating a rainbow. Both the front and back were on show, showcasing the stamps and messages from participants. A variety of mediums...

So it’s that time of the year again – no I’m not talking health kick diets or resolutions, but the Pantone of the Year. What does this mean? Well, that trends will be forecast, products created and creatives will either love it or hate it. Pantone started announcing their ‘colour of the year’ in 2000, and 15 years on, after 2014’s ‘Radiant Orchid’ we are met by Marsala. What is Marsala? Most of us will be familiar...

I’m trying to get into the ‘Christmas spirit’ – It seems to get harder every year now 🙁 http://www.christmasbycolour.co.uk/buy.php These are great! Every Graphic Designer loves a bit of Pantone humour, right?  ‘A set of twelve Christmas cards based on colours submitted to our Christmas by Colour project. The cards are split into two packs with six in each pack. Printed 4-colour litho on Trucard, the cards measure 165mm x 117mm and are blank inside....
