The support for #100daysoftriangles is still growing as we finish week 3 – thanks guys! I found it a bit easier this week, as I’m naturally looking for triangles in everything now. After work on Tuesday my housemate Lucy & I went on a 3 hour walk around London (from Shoreditch to Waterloo) which was lovely & gave me lots of triangle inspiration – the city is a beautiful place.
– The beach wear is starting to creep into shops now, which can only mean one thing… summer is on it’s way!
– Tucked away in one of Shoreditch’s streets is a little house decorated in this amazing graffiti art by Camille Walala. Check it out on Whitby Street if you’re ever east.
– To celebrate the opening of their newly refurbished shop at Waterloo, Oliver Bonas were giving away bunches of daffodils so I was happy to house them on my desk at work.
– I took the day off work to go to D&AD judging week. Usually quite corporate, this year’s branding used hand drawn type on protest banners and tape. Death to mediocrity!
.5 – A bonus 😉 I went to Pick Me Up in the evening and did this scratch art piece with Blink Scratch Art and shared it on Instagram for the chance to win a piece by one of the artists… I don’t think I won 🙁
– I work around the London Bridge area so it’s quite a surprise that London’s biggest triangle, The Shard hasn’t already made an appearance yet. But here it is! On Friday evening I enjoyed a night on The Thames aka a river cruise with bloggers and some of the best views of London’s landmarks.
– Geometry at your feet in Bank underground station!
– After a busy week the best way to spend a Sunday is wrapped up in a duvet, and my lovely bedding from Primark makes it even better.
Hope you’re all enjoying the triangles as much as I am! Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram @natasha_nuttall and via my hashtag #100daysoftriangles for daily triangle goodness.
